Shipping policy

Shipping will be initiated within 24 hours of order confirmation between Monday to Saturday with exception to public holidays. Shipping May take to 2 to 7 business days for delivery. Successful delivery is subject to complete postal address provided to us.

For most orders their are no shipping charges levied to customers, however in certain exceptional cases the shipping charges may be levied which will be included in total bill value at the time of checkout and payment on the website.

Partial shipment may occur in case of some of the ordered products not available. Customer will have a choice in such cases to either request for refund or to await product availability. The details of available options along with timeline, product value will be informed to the customer.

Since Delhivery is our logistics partner, Delivery's policy and processes will apply to all the disputes and claims.
